 Well hello out there and welcome to my little space, in cyber-ville. I’m your ring leader, Regular Ron, of this wonderful blog, and I do hope you keep coming back for more.

Some of you may know somethings about me, and some of you may not. For the folks who don’t here is the basics. I’m a regular guy, with an opinion (I know, not another “regular” guy).  I come from a Big Italian Catholic family (still practising, I might add), so if you see some words you’ve never seen before, it’s what we call Goomba speak. Yes, we really make up words, like they did in the show “The Soprano’s”.

You might be wondering why I choose to call this site “The Old Right Daily”. Being that, I have a lot of major issues with the current state of afairs with the Republican Party, and the so-called “Conservative” movement, I think it’s high time, we return to the principles of what has become known as the “Old Right”. What is the “Old Right” you ask? Simply speaking, it’s a belief that, as Ronald Reagan said, “Government is the problem, not the solution”. And their are way to many people in both in the Republican, and Conservative movement that has been seduced by the illusion, as GWB said, “When someone hurts, Government must move”.

Without getting to personal, I have a lot of interests, such as music, reading, astronomy, and of course sports. I’m a huge Washington Capitals fan, and the Denver Womens Hocky League. Being that, my wonderful, better half (and yes, she is the better half) plays Hockey. She’s amazing, and truly my voice of reason. You will also see me refernece someone by the name of “Momma T.”, she is my ma. She is my hero, and brings me back to reality when I go off into “LaLa land”.

So, that’s about it. Again, I hope you enjoy my writings on anything from my anger about the latest current afairs, to my music reviews, to the lastest discovery in space. And please keep coming back for more.
